Red Eye Creation (graphix infotech) provides custom website design services tailored to meet the unique requirements of each client. Due to the nature of our work, which involves time, resources, and expertise, we do not offer refunds on any completed or in-progress projects.

2. *Payment Terms:*
All payments made to Red Eye Creation (graphix infotech) for website design services are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to upfront deposits, milestone payments, and final project payments. Once a payment is made, it is considered as a commitment to proceed with the agreed-upon services.

3. *Cancellation Policy:*
If a client wishes to cancel a project after it has been initiated, any payments made up to that point are non-refundable. The client will be billed for any work completed up to the cancellation date, and any remaining balance must be settled according to the agreed-upon payment terms.

4. *Client Responsibilities:*
Clients are responsible for providing clear and accurate project requirements, feedback, and approvals on time. Failure to do so may result in project delays, but it does not warrant a refund.

5. *Quality Assurance:*
Red Eye Creation (graphix infotech) is committed to delivering high-quality website design services. In the rare event that the delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, we will make reasonable efforts to address and rectify the issues. However, this does not constitute grounds for a refund.

6. *Force Majeure:*
Red Eye Creation (graphix infotech) shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if such delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, and other unforeseen events.
